The Empire of the Gemma & Poor Tulisa

Just have a look at this. Gemma Arterton has been nominated twice in two different years for an Empire Best Newcomer award! How can anyone be up for a newcomer's award two or more years running? Sound to me like Empire! do not know what they are doing.

I really feel for Tulisa Contostavlos in a many ways. She is one of the three members of N-Dubz (short for NW as in North West London). She is hot, she is not a big head or bitch and she had to look after her mentally ill mother. My heart goes out to her.
